Description : Shiva is standing holding an ax and a deer in two of this hands with his front two hands with palms open in the abhaya and varada mudras. His right hand is open facing upwards in the abhaya mudra or fear not hand position and his left hand is open facing down in the varada mudra which is a position of granting boons to devotees. This hand position is typical of the Hindu Goddess Lakshmi.
